After collapse, I-95 fully reopens this week before Memorial Day Weekend

Philadelphia Magazine: Less than 12 months after a terrible accident in the Northeast killed one oil truck driver and left I-95 crippled — but not as crippled as it could have been — things are returning to normal this week. All four southbound lanes reopened yesterday, with northbound reopening this morning.

“Dude I was passed out when that happened,” said Peter McLaughlin a.k.a. The Mayfair Mayor, during an interview with Fox 29 when Interstate 95 collapsed. I-95 is reopening this week.
