AXIOS: Mayor Parker launches citywide cleanup

Axios Philadelphia reviews Mayor Cherelle Parker’s ambitious 13-week citywide cleanup program. Starting today (June 3), city crews will spread out across the City and try to improving Philadelphians' quality of life — from sweeping streets to patching potholes to cleaning SEPTA stations.  Teams from 12 government agencies will clean every block on a coordinated schedule by the week of Aug. 26.
